Refund Policy


If as a customer you feel you require a refund (e.g. payment was made by mistake as your account had already been settled) you may request the refund by contacting our office. We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to decline any refund for any reason (e.g. monies were outstanding on your account at the time of payment).


If a refund is approved, it will be actioned direct from our offices. You will receive a full refund by cheque payment
